Shipping & Return Policies

We strive to accurately describe all of our offerings, which are sold with a guarantee of satisfaction. If you have questions about any item, please call or email us. We allow 3 days, from delivery of an order, for a no questions asked return, providing you notify us of such intention and we receive the item in the same condition as when shipped. Please note that scrimshaw cannot be shipped outside the United States. Payment Prices are net in US dollars. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, money order, cashier's check, personal or company checks for payment. The latter 2 must clear your bank before we ship.

Shipping charges. All items are shipped fully insured. We charge only actual shipping and insurance costs, and require a zip code to calculate these charges for items priced over $200.00. For items under $200.00 refer to the chart below. For Massachusetts delivery addresses a 6.25% sales tax must be added to the purchase price.
