A charming antique scrimshaw tooth. This tooth is engraved on the obverse with a full length figure of a folky girl holding branches of leaves in both hands. There is a fanciful heart below her; a ship is on the reverse side. An old chip on the tip of the reverse does not interfere with the engraving. 5 1/4 in. tall. mid 19th C. Sorry, SOLD.
